Auriana Brown
Director of Operations, LifeLine Community Animal Center
Auriana Brown started working for LifeLine Animal Project in 2016 as a Client Care Coordinator, was promoted to Volunteer Coordinator, held Adoptions and Foster Coordinator, and Placement Manager prior to stepping into her role as Director of Client Services at the LifeLine Community Animal Center.
As the Director of Client Services, Auriana was instrumental in the growth of LifeLine’s full service clinic that offers low cost veterinary care, resources, and support to our community and rescue partners. She is now excited to continue her work as the Director of Operations at DeKalb County Animal Services.
As the animal welfare industry grows and evolves, there is a need to rebuild community based relationships/trust and strengthen the pet-owner relationships. Providing resources, alternative rehoming methods, and excellent customer service is just a few ways we are building those relationships, and doing so without bias or judgment is needed to maintain and strengthen those relationships.
