You can honor a cherished pet in your life with a plaque on the tribute wall at the LifeLine Community Animal Center! Your donation will celebrate your pet while contributing to the care and safety of the pets in our community. Our Community Animal Center offers affordable veterinary care, encourages more adoptions and saves lives by freeing up space at the Fulton and DeKalb County animal shelters.

How to Make Your Selection:
- In Gift Amount below, select Cat, Dog, Cat and Dog, or Photograph option.
- In the comment box under Gift Amount, please indicate if this is “In honor of” or “In memory of” and include your pet’s or pets’ name(s). Also, please indicate how you would like your or your family’s name listed on the plaque.
Please note that there is a 36-character limit for the pet name, split into two lines, and a 25-character limit for the donor name. - If you choose the photo option, please email your photo to cparlato@lifelineanimal.org with “Tribute Wall Photo” in the subject line.
