Safety Net Foster Program
Safety Net Foster Program

Safety Net

If you are facing a crisis and need short-term housing for your pet, LifeLine may be able to help. Our Safety Net program provides temporary homes for pets whose owners are facing hardship. Pets of qualified program participants will be placed in a home with a short-term foster parent until the situation is stable and a reunion can take place. We are also seeking loving foster homes to support this need within the community. Learn more about our new Safety Net program!

Pet Owners Needing Assistance

If you are a pet owner in need of short-term housing for your pet, we may be able to help. Once qualified for the Safety Net program, your pet(s) will be placed in a home with one of our approved foster parents. Contact us sooner than later! We have a better chance of assisting you if you sign up a minimum of 5 days in advance of the time you need placement.

Become a Safety Net Foster Parent

Our ability to help pet owners seeking assistance is largely dependant on how many foster homes we have open. We need your help! Open up your home for 30-day increments to help a loved pet in need.
