LifeLine cares for over 30,000 of Atlanta's neediest animals each year in our shelters, clinics and communities. And with 40-60 homeless animals coming through our shelter doors every single day, we need your support now more than ever. Our mission is to make Atlanta a sustainable no-kill community, by saving every healthy and treatable animal that comes into our care.

There are so many ways you can support Atlanta's animals.

Donate. Adopt. Spay & Neuter. Volunteer. Are you in?

DONATE TO ATLANTA'S ANIMALS

From dogs rescued from fighting rings to kittens surviving hoarding cases, we care for Atlanta's neediest animals. Your support can have a big impact on the animals in our care.
Adopt

ADOPT YOUR NEW BFF

LifeLine's county shelters receive an average of 40 - 60 animals per day. From docile senior pups to playful kittens, we are sure to have a pet (or two) that fits your lifestyle.
Spay Neuter

SPAY AND NEUTER YOUR PET

Spaying or neutering is one of the greatest gifts you can provide your pet, your family, and your community. These routine medical procedures not only help control pet overpopulation, but they may also prevent medical and behavioral problems from developing, allowing your pet to lead a longer, healthier and happier life.

It only takes a little time to make a big difference! You can walk dogs and aid in socializing those who need it, spend time with the residents of our Kitty Motels, participate in offsite adoption, fundraising, and community events, or help out in the LifeLine Spay and Neuter Clinics.

Together, we can make Atlanta a sustainable no-kill community. Are you in?

LifeLine manages Atlanta's two county shelters: Fulton County Animal Services and DeKalb County Animal Services. Lifesaving rates were only 39% in Fulton and 61% in DeKalb in 2013, now they are at 85-89%. But we need your support to increase our lifesaving efforts and save every healthy and treatable animal in Atlanta. With the support of our community and animal lovers like you, we can make Atlanta a sustainable no-kill community. Check out some of our iconic Atlanta partners who are not only #In4LifeLine, but they are #In4Atlanta!

Companies and local businesses can make a huge impact too! Schedule a team-building volunteer day, share posts about our amazing animals with your customers, host an adoption event or even raise much-needed funds to sustain this important mission. Have an idea for an #In4LifeLine partnership?
