Routine Check-up, $35
Sick Medical Exam, $50
Sick Emergency Exam, $60
Routine Check-up – During this exam type, we will examine your pet. If you have a puppy visiting for the first time and if your pet is a senior, we will book this appointment type for you.
Sick Medical Exam – This exam type is for sick pets, including, but not limited to, ear or skin infections, vomiting, diarrhea, broken bones, eye irritation, lethargy or just not feeling well.
Sick Emergency Exam – This exam type is for pets needing emergency care, for example: fractures, lacerations, difficulty breathing, inability to urinate, etc.
Vaccine Only Appointment – This brief 10-minute appointment is offered to administer vaccines to your pet. Heartworm testing and writing prescriptions for flea/tick/heartworm medication can also be done. If your pet is experiencing any other health concerns, a routine exam or a sick medical exam may be booked. The cost of this exam is included in the vaccine packages listed below.
Dental Consultation – LifeLine is unable to book dental services at this time. Please check back at a later date.
During a dental consultation, we will evaluate your pet’s mouth and determine the scope, length of time, and cost of the dental procedure. Once you approve the details of the procedure, the dental procedure can be scheduled with a $100 deposit.
Vaccines are recommended based on the individual pet’s need and require a consultation first with our team:

Kitten Package $55
– Includes exam, FVRCP vaccine (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and Panleukopenia) and dewormer (roundworms and hookworms).
Puppy Package $55
– Includes exam, DHPP vaccine (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus) and dewormer (roundworms and hookworms).
Cat Basic Vaccine Package $75
– Includes exam, FVRCP vaccine (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus and Panleukopenia), Rabies vaccine – 1 yr and dewormer – 2 doses (roundworms and hookworms).
Dog Basic Vaccine Package $75
– Includes exam, DHPP vaccine (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus), Rabies vaccine – 1 yr and dewormer – 2 doses (roundworms and hookworms).
Cat Deluxe Vaccine Package $105
– Includes everything in the Basic Cat Package, plus FeLV Vaccine (Feline Leukemia Virus) and FeLV/FIV Combo Test.

– Includes everything in the Basic Dog Package, plus Bordetella vaccine and heartworm test.

All spay/neuter procedure fees include 3 days post-operative pain medication. Additional charges apply for animals who are pregnant (price varies by weight), postpartum (price varies by weight), in heat (price varies by weight), cryptorchid (price varies by weight), needing hernia repair (price varies by weight) or with pyometra (price varies by weight). Please note: many medical concerns are not seen upon an initial exam, and are discovered during surgery. Additional fees may apply under these circumstances.
For pets 7 years of age and older, bloodwork is required before surgery. Please contact us if you have any questions about having this completed.
Rescue groups licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture are given a $5 discount on all surgical procedures.

These routine medical procedures not only help control pet overpopulation, but may also prevent medical and behavioral problems from developing. COMMUNITY CATS
Please refer to the calendars below regarding the current availability for providing spay and neuter services to community cats at each clinic location. The calendars will always be updated by 6 pm for the following day. Please keep in mind that this is a guideline only, and so they may also be subject to emergency updates in times of vet callouts, utility emergencies such as power outages, and the like. If you need additional information or have questions, please contact our Community Cats Clinic Hotline at 470.OMG.CATS (470.664.2287).

Community Animal Center Clinic
- Due to the safety hazard for pets and staff we cannot accept feral or community cats in shoe boxes, laundry baskets, tupperware containers, etc. ALL feral or community cats must be in a separate trap that is secured at each end with a clip or zip tie. If you do not have a trap, we are happy to loan you one.
- Up to two community cats may be dropped off without an appointment. For more than two, an appointment is required.
- Drop off is from 8 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. No feral or community cats will be accepted after 8:30 a.m. If we reach capacity before 8:30 a.m., we may ask you to return the next day.
- All feral or community cats will receive an ear-tip to indicate that they are spayed/neutered. The community cat surgery fee includes a rabies vaccination and an FVRCP vaccine.
College Park Clinic
- Due to the safety hazard for pets and staff we cannot accept feral or community cats in shoe boxes, laundry baskets, tupperware containers, etc. ALL feral or community cats must be in a separate trap that is secured at each end with a clip or zip tie. If you do not have a trap, we are happy to loan you one.
- We recommend no more than two community cats may be dropped off per trapper. However, our team can sometimes accommodate more than two on a case by case basis.
- Drop off time is 9:00 a.m., and is a first-come, first-served basis. If we reach capacity, you will be notified of the possibility of your community cat(s) being held overnight for surgery the next day
(Mon – Wed). - All feral or community cats will receive an ear-tip to indicate that they are spayed/neutered. The community cat surgery fee includes a rabies vaccination and an FVRCP vaccine.
