Stay Together Fund

In many homes, pets are like family to their owners. Their unconditional love and their dependency on us for their well-being creates a bond that brings us joy, comfort, and healthier lives. Owning a pet comes with the responsibility of continuous care, like with a child or an elderly parent. It is estimated that 62% of American households own a pet, and many of those households are struggling financially. Stretching resources enough to feed their pets is one thing, but if an unexpected illness or injury occurs, veterinary care can be beyond reach.

Our dream in starting the Community Animal Center clinic was to provide affordable veterinary care to all who need it. To turn no one away. We are introducing a new fund, supported by giving, that will subsidize veterinary services at the Community Animal Center clinic for those who cannot afford the care. We’re calling it the Stay Together Fund.

"Lots of people go through tough times. I too have been there. This is a great idea. Pets can be the lasting light through dark times."

Your gift today to the Stay Together Fund will help ensure that pets will not suffer or die because their owners lack the ability to pay for full-cost veterinary care.
