Pay it forward and make someone’s day! Sponsor an adoption fee, and allow us to apply it to a pet who needs a little extra help. A grateful adopter will have a few extra dollars to spend on toys and treats, and you’ll know you helped another pet find a loving home.
While we appreciate the intention, we cannot accommodate requests to sponsor the adoption fee for a specific animal. LifeLine’s adoption teams will determine the best use of adoption sponsorships.

LifeLine Adoption Gift Certificates
Give the ultimate gift of a new best friend! A LifeLine adoption gift certificate is a great gift for pet lovers. Your friend can use their gift certificate at any LifeLine location and find their right match when they’re ready to adopt.
Here are instructions on how to purchase a LifeLine adoption gift certificate. In the donation form below:
- Select the $75 adoption gift certificate amount.
- Select “adoption gift certificate” as the species.
- Leave pet name and pet ID blank.
- Select “wherever needed” for shelter location.
- Complete payment!
You will receive a confirmation email of your donation. You’ll then receive another email with a PDF file of the adoption gift certificate. There is a line for your name and the name of the person you’d like to gift the certificate to. Thank you for thinking of saving the life of a shelter pet this holiay season!
