Saving the lives of the animals in our shelters is no easy task, especially with the overwhelming number of dogs currently housed at DeKalb County Animal Services. Every week, we share the list of dogs at risk in our shelter, including those who need to leave by Tuesday nights.
To make it easier for our community to step in and save lives, we’re extending our hours every Tuesday until 8pm. This extra hour provides a critical opportunity to help at risk dogs leave our shelter and find loving homes, and to alleviate overcrowding as we work to reach our weekly shelter capacity goal. Our team is ready to help you find the right pet for you, knowing that each adoption or foster makes a huge difference. Visit us today at 3280 Chamblee Dunwoody Road and save a life.
