WINTER WEATHER IMPACTING SHELTER HOURS

Due to current weather and travel conditions in metro Atlanta, the LifeLine Community Animal Center shelter and clinic will now be closed on Wednesday, 1/22. Staff are still onsite caring for the animals. We intend to resume normal hours on Thursday, 1/23, but will keep our community updated.

Dr. Ashlee Boone

Associate Veterinarian, LifeLine Community Animal Center

Dr. Ashlee Boone grew up in Middle Georgia and earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. She has experience in both general practice and shelter medicine and is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to animals in need. Dr. Boone values a low-stress approach to veterinary care and particularly enjoys the problem-solving aspect of medicine.

As part of the Lifeline team, Dr. Boone finds great fulfillment in using her skills to serve the community and make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and the people who love them.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their two cats, Ginny and Lily. She also loves reading fantasy novels, running, and hiking.
