Aisha Thompkins
Chief People Officer, LifeLine
Aisha Thompkins has over 20 years of HR experience, always concentrated in the areas of organizational culture and workplace experience. The various HR roles of her career have focused on performance development and management, policy development, employee advocacy, organizational leadership, conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion, and corporate social responsibility.
She holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership and is certified in Change Management. Aisha has worked in both the private and public sector; and in February 2025, excitedly joined and now utilizes her skills to advance the mission and purpose of LifeLine Animal Project. Aisha is a people-centric leader who believes that organizations are successful when we create environments for people to be successful.
Aisha is originally from Miami, FL; but now lives in Lawrenceville, GA. with her husband. She is the proud bonus mom to two handsome young men and is looking to adopt a puppy that will steal her heart from one of LifeLine’s shelters.
