My husband and I are fortunate to have many wonderful friends and family members. And they know we are the proud Dads of Arlie, Atticus and Foster. And most importantly, they know all three are rescue pups, homeless when we brought them home.
But for us, bringing these wonderful and playful pups into our homes was not enough. We knew that others needed to feel the joy of four-legged family members in their homes. We wanted more homes to be blessed with the love our three boys share with us every hour of every day. And most importantly, we wanted to do what we could to save those animals who might never get the chance Arlie, Atticus and Foster have today.
That’s when I found LifeLine. And LifeLine found me. Not only did I share my resources, but I shared my passion and became a proud board member. Dogs and cats are literally alive today and in safe homes like ours because of LifeLine. If the true character of a man can be found in how they treat animals and those living beings more vulnerable, then I encourage others to show that character and support the work we do at LifeLine. Maybe you will not be a board member or even a guest blogger to share a story, but you can volunteer, make a small donation or even easier, share my story and the many other stories of rescue pets alive today thanks to those who spoke up and stepped up. From our family to yours, join us in being #In4LifeLine!
